1inch left my withdrawal pending without an Ethereum transaction hash

I initiated a token withdrawal on January 28 and watched it remain pending for more than 30 days. Support repeatedly said the case had been escalated, but I never received an Ethereum transaction hash or a clear explanation of whether the transfer had even been broadcast. A blockchain transaction should normally produce a traceable identifier. Without one, I had no independent way to confirm where the funds were or what stage the withdrawal had reached.
