Anyone had problems getting money out of Brokerz?

Has anyone here actually successfully withdrawn from Brokerz recently? I've seen some old reviews saying they're fine but my experience the last couple of months has been different.

I've had a withdrawal request open for 19 days. They keep telling me it's "under review" but won't explain why or give me a timeline. My account manager has become very hard to reach — used to call me constantly when I first signed up and wanted me to deposit more.

I'm not panicking yet but I've started documenting everything just in case. My total in there is around $2,700 which isn't life-changing but it's mine.

If anyone has had this resolved or knows what the standard processing time is supposed to be, please let me know. Otherwise I'm treating this as a warning sign and I'll update if anything changes.
