Cryvex liquidated my positions but would not provide the records I requested

I was directed through Telegram contacts to use Cryvex for leveraged crypto trading. Funds were sent to wallets connected with the platform, and Cryvex later showed the liquidation or forced closing of LTW/USDT short positions. The displayed liquidation figures appeared inconsistent with the platform's own visible market-volume information.

I requested supporting information, including order data, pricing sources, market-depth records, and risk and liquidation logs. Cryvex customer service acknowledged the request but did not provide the records, a compliance ticket number, or proof supporting the liquidation. I am documenting the related Cryvex, Viontra, Viotra, and DreFX names so others can recognize the pattern.
