SpinStar accepted my deposit immediately but made verification impossible when I tried to withdraw.
I deposited 80 USDT without using a bonus and grew the balance to approximately 1,000 USDT. The platform then required KYC, but its verification tool failed every time I attempted to use it.
Live chat was unavailable, and multiple emails containing valid identification documents went unanswered. A platform should not accept deposits through a functioning system while leaving its withdrawal verification process unusable.
