Slay4X withdrawal function unavailable

When I tried to withdraw, the platform displayed a message saying that the trading account was temporarily unable to make withdrawals. I was told to try again later or contact customer service, but the issue has not been resolved.

I need the withdrawal function restored or a specific written explanation for the restriction. A generic temporary-error message is not enough when client funds cannot be accessed.
