Gifx Prime blocked access after rejected withdrawals

I deposited 500 USDT and made profits through manual trading. My withdrawal requests were rejected, and although 100 USDT was sent, the remaining 400 USDT was not released.

After that, I could no longer access the trading dashboard. I need my account access restored or the remaining balance paid to the original wallet, together with a clear explanation for the rejected withdrawals.
