Deposit and withdrawal both processing too slowly

Both deposit and withdrawal processing have been unusually slow for me. My first withdrawal had still not arrived after two days.

I need a clear update on the transaction status and when the money will be credited. The lack of speed and certainty makes using the account difficult.
