AngelBTC took my deposit money and then the entire site started timing out

I put money into AngelBTC with a friend a few months ago after seeing mixed comments about the platform.

For a while, everything looked fine, so I did not immediately assume the worst. Then this past weekend the website at angelbtc.com started returning a gateway timeout, and there was no social media account or outside communication channel to explain what was happening.

Now I am stuck waiting to see whether the site comes back or whether this was a rug pull. A crypto platform with no public communication outside the main website leaves users completely exposed when the site goes offline.
