easyMarkets withdrawal showed transaction records not sent to my wallet

After requesting a withdrawal, I was told that my funds had been refunded and was given transaction IDs. However, the blockchain records I checked did not show payment to my verified wallet address.

I need the payment route investigated and the withdrawal corrected if it was sent to the wrong address. A transaction reference alone is not enough when it does not correspond to the client’s approved destination wallet.
