Giraffe Markets withheld remaining account capital

After losses of roughly USD 28,000, I still had about USD 22,000 remaining in my account. I was told that the remaining funds could not be released because the account was supposedly not profitable enough and because of payment-gateway costs.

I need the exact contractual clause that allows this decision. My request is straightforward: a transparent breakdown of the balance and release of any funds that are genuinely mine.
