GO Markets rejected my USDT withdrawal and left the case unresolved for more than a year

My GO Markets account was opened under its SVG entity in September 2024 and funded through USDT. When I requested a withdrawal, it was rejected without a clear explanation.

For about a year, I did not receive a meaningful resolution. I sent written complaints asking for the precise reason for the rejection and the specific client-agreement clause that allegedly applied. The replies remained scripted messages saying the case was awaiting confirmation from the relevant department.

I was also made aware of other clients reporting a similar pattern of deposits being accepted while withdrawals remained frozen. I am keeping my records, emails, chat logs, and transaction history together because I still need a direct explanation and a legitimate route to resolve the withdrawal.
