Thaurus disabled my trading after I made about $1,300 in profit

I completed verification and had previously deposited and withdrawn while making small losses. After I made around $1,300 in profit and tried to withdraw only my deposit, the request was denied on the basis that the trading account was not verified.

Support did not respond, the online departments appeared unavailable, and trading was disabled on my account from June 4. My original deposit was later refunded, but the account was eventually blocked without an explanation.
