SGFX marked my account inactive after I requested a withdrawal and my $5,935 balance disappeared

I deposited $3,000 with SGFX and reported that successful trading increased the displayed balance to $5,935, including $2,935 in profit.

After I requested a withdrawal, I reported that the account was marked inactive and the balance was wiped. The change happened after the withdrawal request, which is why I am treating the timeline as a serious warning.

I am documenting the account history, deposit records, trading activity, and withdrawal request. I need SGFX to explain why the account status changed and where the displayed balance went.
