I submitted my XM withdrawal on June 19, 2026 and expected a normal processing period.
The request remained pending. Each time I contacted support, I was told that the relevant team was investigating, but nobody provided a reason for the hold or a realistic timeframe for completion.
XM had worked normally for me before this incident, which made the sudden silence around the withdrawal more frustrating. An investigation should have defined requirements and an end point.
