PFH Markets froze my account after my balance reached $3,296

My PFH Markets balance reached $3,296, but the account was frozen after I became profitable. Trading was blocked and I could not access the full amount that had built up in the account.

After about 20 days of trying to resolve the issue through the introducing broker, I received $1,996 back. The remaining $1,300 was still not returned. I am sharing this because an account should not become restricted simply when it has made a profit.
