Vexquis held my funds until I paid an allocation fee from an outside wallet

I was working through an investment setup where Vexquis controlled the account balance and an admin named Amy gave me an allocation code.

Only later was I told there was a separate allocation service fee of $33,978.60. The fee had to be sent from an external wallet and could not be taken from the money already sitting in my Vexquis account.

When I asked for the real company name, nobody could give it to me. I could see funds in the account, but I could not withdraw unless I paid another large outside fee.
