XAUUSD stop loss filled far beyond set price

My XAUUSD stop loss was set at 4037.13, but the position closed at 4087.99 during a spike. On a 0.01 lot trade, the difference was far beyond what I considered reasonable.

I have the confirmation showing my original stop-loss setting. I need the execution reviewed and the excess loss addressed rather than simply being told it was caused by news.
