My account was closed and my profits were cancelled under an alleged bonus-policy violation. I contacted support twice and asked for the specific trades involved, the exact rule I had broken, and the basis for cancelling the profits. I received no detailed evidence and was told the decision was final. I believed I had traded under ordinary market conditions without arbitrage or manipulation. A final decision without a reviewable trade-level explanation left me with no meaningful way to respond.
