UZX showed a completed blockchain transfer but never credited my exchange balance

I am logging this warning for anyone being shown easy arbitrage returns through UZX.

I transferred funds after believing the platform could generate quick profit through arbitrage. The transaction itself showed as completed on-chain, so I kept refreshing the dashboard expecting the balance to update. Nothing ever arrived inside the account.

When I tried to get help, there was no real support path. The social links were dead, emails bounced, and the exchange interface had no working channel to resolve the missing deposit. The polished charts were the bait, but once the funds moved there was no service behind it.
