Withdrawal rejected after 25 days pending

My withdrawal remained pending for more than 25 days. After all that waiting and several support contacts, it was eventually rejected without a satisfactory explanation.

I need a transparent reason for the rejection and a proper review of the payment request. Keeping funds blocked for weeks before declining them is unacceptable.
