I made a 700-rupee deposit that did not appear in my trading account. Support initially told me it would be credited within two hours, so I supplied proof of payment and waited. When the money was still missing, I was asked to send a video recording of the deposit process and was then told there was no available completion time. I had done what support requested, but each step produced another request instead of a credit or refund.
