CoinDCX kept my crypto withdrawal access under review long after its promised deadline

I submitted all the documents CoinDCX requested for crypto withdrawal verification on February 18. The platform stated that the review could take up to 14 days, so I waited through the quoted period before contacting support.

More than a month later, my withdrawal access was still disabled. Every time I asked for an update, I received essentially the same answer: access had not been approved and I should try again the following week. Nobody could provide a definite completion date or explain what was still being checked.

CoinDCX later responded publicly and offered to escalate the verification manually. That response was welcome, but users should know that my review went far beyond the original 14-day estimate while access to my crypto remained restricted.
