Verification approved, then requested again

I have been trying to withdraw since August 7, but I keep being sent through the same verification process. I submitted the requested identification, selfie, source-of-funds information, deposit proof, and account screenshots, and the verification was approved each time.

After approval, I was asked to submit the same documents again as if I had never completed the process. I need the repeated verification loop stopped and my withdrawal handled without another unnecessary request.
