I could not get my money back after trading stopped

I used OneTrade and initially saw trades taking place in my account. I believed about 80% of my trades were winning, but then the trading stopped and I tried to withdraw my money.

I did not receive the withdrawal, and I was unable to get a reply when I tried to follow up. More than two months later, I was still waiting. I’m sharing this because a balance or apparent trading activity does not mean funds will be available when you ask to withdraw.
