I transferred Bitcoin to ExmoHash but could not get my balance out

I met someone through Match.com who moved the conversation to WhatsApp and talked about a future relationship. He then offered to teach me cryptocurrency trading and told me that I could make money quickly.

I put $500 into Cash App and transferred it to a trading account on ExmoHash. My money is still shown in the account, but I do not feel safe entering my banking details to attempt a withdrawal. I want help getting the remaining balance back.
