I submitted a withdrawal through IUX Markets while additional funds remained active in my account. More than eight days passed without the payment being completed.
Each time I contacted support, I received another template response rather than a transaction reference, a clear reason for the delay, or a reliable payment date.
The repetitive replies made it impossible to determine whether anyone had actually reviewed the case. I would test IUX with a small withdrawal before leaving a larger trading balance there and preserve every support conversation.
