GOptions cancelled all 26 attempts to withdraw my remaining $757

I deposited $1,000 with GOptions for my first experience trading options. After some wins and losses, I decided the product was not for me and requested the remaining $757. I understood the trading loss and was only trying to withdraw what was left.

My account had been verified with identification, a credit card, and a recent bill. Even so, the first withdrawal was cancelled. I kept trying, and over the following months I submitted 26 withdrawal requests. Every one was cancelled without a reason.

At the same time, I could not get a straight answer from the account managers. Customer service repeatedly claimed someone had called or emailed me, but I checked constantly and received nothing. Once it was clear I would not deposit more, contact became even harder.

This was not a dispute about a losing trade. It was a repeated inability to withdraw a remaining verified balance. My warning is to document every attempt and cancellation. A broker that repeatedly cancels withdrawals without explaining the specific requirement should not be trusted with another deposit.
