I paid a fee through Wallet TikTok but my reward never arrived

I clicked a TikTok link promoting a creator reward. It promised up to $2,800 if I completed a form and paid a $37 fee for an immediate transfer.

The payment was taken, but the reward was not processed. The site showed numerous testimonials claiming that people paid and immediately received their money, which made it look believable. I am reporting this to warn others not to pay an advance fee for a supposed social-media reward.
