GiftSpend.com locked my paid order and asked for another crypto deposit to contact support

I tried to buy a Steam wallet card through GiftSpend.com using Monero. My transaction was confirmed on the blockchain within minutes, so the funds had already been sent.

My order was then immediately locked with a message about supposed network disruption. What made the situation worse was that I could not open a support ticket unless I made another deposit to activate priority support. The site suggested retrying with another cryptocurrency even though the original payment had already gone through.

I do not think anyone should have to make a second payment just to ask about an order that was already funded. I am keeping this record here because the account status and support requirement gave me no safe way to resolve the transaction or request a refund.
