HeroFX removed my position before my stop and drained the 10X account

My problem with HeroFX was not just a losing trade. It was how the account behaved around execution and support.

I used their 10X setup and watched the trade close far earlier than the level I was tracking. The remaining funded amount stayed with the broker while my own deposit was gone, and support kept asking for trade numbers, screenshots, times, and assets without giving me a clear answer.

The whole process felt overcomplicated from deposit to wallet transfers to trade support. I left feeling like the system creates too many places for a retail trader to get trapped.
