PrimeXBT did not credit my UPI deposit to my trading account

I made a deposit to PrimeXBT using UPI, but in my experience the money was not credited to my trading account. I found this especially concerning because the deposit was accepted while I was unable to use it for trading.

PrimeXBT replied asking me for additional information so it could investigate and said I could also contact its support team directly. Until my own deposit issue is resolved, I would advise anyone funding an account through UPI to retain payment evidence and confirm how a missing credit will be handled.
