Main Report
I traded with No Limit Markets for more than a year and completed approximately 850 trades without receiving any compliance warning. My account was eventually closed and the profits I had accumulated across many unrelated positions were removed.
The broker said I violated its policies by transferring funds from my trading account to my internal wallet while a silver position remained open during the market closure. This was not a withdrawal to an outside bank or wallet. I was simply moving funds between two sections of my own profile, and I had never been warned that this could be treated as abusive activity.
No Limit Markets also described the conduct as repetitive, but I was not shown the alleged previous incidents or the specific evidence supporting that conclusion. The silver trade ultimately closed profitably and did not leave the account with a negative balance. The company responded publicly that compliance reviews are conducted according to its client agreement, but my requests for transaction-level evidence and the precise contractual clause remained unanswered.
