BitInvests Facebook crypto scheme

I was contacted through Facebook Messenger by people who eventually persuaded me to send money into a crypto-related investment scheme. One contact initially presented a supposed administrative job for a digital creator I followed, while another started a conversation about what I would do with $5,000.

During the process, I lost access to multiple personal accounts. I retained some chat records, emails, phone numbers, and what I believe are crypto wallet addresses, although I do not have complete information.

I lost $25,000 and the experience has left me distrustful of further contact. I am reporting this to warn others about investment pitches that begin through social-media messages.
