Bigwebcash asked for my ID and then stopped responding about my payout

I had already completed one cash-out through Bigwebcash. When I tried to cash out again, the site asked for my identification documents.

I sent the requested ID, but afterward I said the platform ignored me and would not send my money. A prior successful payout can create trust, so I would not treat one completed withdrawal as proof that a platform will reliably release later funds.
