Withdrawal tied to bringing in more investors

The balance in my account showed profits, but I could not withdraw them. I was told that bringing in more investors could result in part of the profit being released, which made me deeply uncomfortable.

My concern is that my own money should not depend on recruiting other people. I need the withdrawal reviewed independently and a clear answer on why my funds have been locked.
