CoinW locked my account after I adjusted leverage on a futures trade

I was using CoinW normally, but my account was locked after I adjusted leverage on a futures trade. I could no longer withdraw the remaining funds.

The review says support sent copied templates rather than providing a human review or a clear reason for the restriction. CoinW replied that account reviews are conducted under its risk-control and compliance procedures.
