SwiftTrade Options terminal freezes continuously during profit-taking windows

Just sharing my personal experience with this web trading portal in case anyone else is currently searching their domain.

I funded an active options scalping account on swifttradeoptions.com with $1,700 to run an active short-term target strategy. During a highly liquid economic news release yesterday morning, I attempted to manually execute profit-taking orders on three separate open contracts that would have secured an excellent return.

Instead, the SwiftTrade Options platform hit a sudden, artificial terminal freeze that completely disabled my dashboard controls. By the time the backend engine finally refreshed, my options had expired deep out-of-the-money, completely erasing my available margin balance. They run an unauthorized internal book where execution delays are deliberately introduced to protect their own funds at the expense of the user.
