Cryptex Markets used a Canary Wharf address but the FCA says it is not authorised

Cryptex Markets presented itself with serious-looking contact details, including a Canary Wharf address and the domain cryptex-markets.com. That made it look like a real financial business rather than a quick crypto site.

The FCA warning published on July 10, 2026 says CRYPTEX MARKETS may be providing financial services without permission. If I dealt with that firm, the FCA says I would not have Financial Ombudsman or FSCS protection.
