Spinw showed me a crypto exchange balance but wanted $200 before withdrawal

I was forwarded information about receiving $2,500 through a crypto exchange setup on Spinw.

When I tried to withdraw the money, I was told I had to pay $200 first. I refused to send the money and asked to delete the account instead.

They told me I could not delete the account unless I paid the same $200. That made the displayed balance feel like bait for an upfront fee.
