Wallstreeteras would not let me withdraw unless I added more money

I used app.wallstreeteras.com for crypto trading and then found that I could not withdraw my money.

Instead of processing the withdrawal, the site told me I had to add more funds first. That left me feeling trapped because the money already shown in my account was not available to me, while the only path presented was another payment.

I am posting this as a warning because a platform should not require an additional deposit before allowing someone to access their own balance. I would not send further funds into this account unless there is a clear, independently verifiable explanation and a successful withdrawal.
