My experience with Be Prime Broker was initially positive and I was able to access the platform without significant issues. The concerns began after I attempted to resolve a withdrawal-related question through customer support.

Several support tickets were opened regarding the status of the request. While responses were received, I felt that the issue was not fully addressed before some tickets were marked as resolved.

I am posting this report to contribute another customer perspective for individuals researching the broker and evaluating the quality of post-deposit support.
