XYLO MARKETS left my bank withdrawal unpaid and blocked my support ticket

I deposited $200, but withdrawing it became a serious problem. I requested $30 to my bank and received an international-remittance receipt, yet the money did not arrive. One $10 Binance withdrawal worked, but further Binance withdrawal attempts were left pending or rejected.

The support route also failed because the system displayed “Failed to Create Ticket.” I could not properly submit the issue while the withdrawal remained unresolved. Until the payment and support problems are fixed, I cannot recommend depositing with this broker.
