Deposit not returned after withdrawal attempt

I deposited funds and then attempted to withdraw, but the request remained unresolved for several days. I have not received the deposit back or a meaningful response explaining the delay.

I am not asking for anything complicated; I need my withdrawal processed or the original deposit returned. The absence of communication has made this situation much more concerning.
