Cryptonex Exchange says my account is profitable but won't process withdrawals

For anyone researching Cryptonex Exchange, here's my experience.

My account balance currently shows more than $4,000. According to the platform, my investments have performed extremely well over the last two months.

The problem is that none of those numbers seem to matter when it comes time to withdraw. Every request I submit gets marked as pending and eventually receives another explanation for why processing cannot continue.

I've heard everything from blockchain congestion to compliance reviews to technical maintenance.

Meanwhile, the dashboard continues encouraging me to make additional deposits and participate in promotional programs. At this point I care less about profits and more about whether the balance shown on my screen is actually real.
