I met someone online who claimed to be a trader living in Dubai. We had several FaceTime calls, which made the person and the opportunity feel real. He introduced me to realmarketgrowth.com and walked me through the investment process.
I started with $4,000. He contributed another $1,000 to help me qualify for a higher plan, which increased my trust. I subsequently added more and sent approximately $8,000 in total using Bitcoin.
Nothing arrived when I requested a withdrawal. He blamed weekends, wallet problems and different apps, but support at the receiving service could find no pending transaction. The balance shown by Real Market Growth was not backed by any transfer they could trace.
When I challenged him, he changed direction and asked for my bank-account information. I refused. That request finally broke the credibility the FaceTime calls and his initial $1,000 contribution had created.
