BladeMarkets only sent part of my withdrawal and held the rest of my balance

I funded my BladeMarkets account with USDT and was told that I could not withdraw profits until two months had passed because the original deposit was made with cryptocurrency. A first withdrawal of $900 was approved, but when I asked to withdraw the full balance, I was given the same restriction again.

I later requested $1,093 and received only $500 without a clear explanation. I no longer want to continue trading there and want the remaining $3,614.60 released. A partial payment does not explain why the rest of the withdrawal remains unavailable.
