STMARKET suspended account after USD 1,500 withdrawal request

After making USD 5,380 in trading profit, I successfully completed two small withdrawals and continued trading. When I later requested USD 1,500, I found that my trading account had been disabled and my account showed as suspended without prior notice.

I need access restored or a full written explanation of the suspension. The broker should also provide a complete balance statement and a way to withdraw any remaining funds.
