I invested about $1,500 and grew the account to around $12,000. When I requested a withdrawal, it was refused, and I could not get a useful response through calls or messages.
The lack of communication made the situation much worse because I had trusted the people managing the contact with me. I am recording this experience so others test withdrawals before leaving a larger balance on the platform.
