Maybe somebody else here has had a smoother experience with them, but mine changed completely within a matter of hours last week.
I moved a portion of my capital over to trade major currency and commodity pairs on Pendoxa because they were offering incredibly high leverage ratios for retail traders. The platform functionality was decent and I managed to capture a massive market expansion on a gold news spike, pulling in around $3,100 in net gains.
The moment I went to withdraw those winnings, my webtrader access dropped. When I managed to log back in, my total account balance had been systematically set back to my initial seed deposit and all my recent trading files were completely missing.
Their compliance desk sent a generic notice claiming my account was flagged for data latency manipulation, which is a complete lie. This is a classic B-book setup where they only profit if you lose, so when a trader strings together big wins, they just delete the logs to protect themselves. Regulators have just blacklisted their infrastructure globally, so steer clear.
