I entered a gold trade after checking the market price on my chart, but the price shown on the trading platform moved in a way that did not match what I was seeing elsewhere. The candle jumped immediately after entry and left me with a loss that I could not reconcile with the market movement.
This was not a normal trading loss from a bad decision. I want the trade reviewed against the platform's tick data and server logs, because I need to know why the price behaved differently at the exact moment my order was placed.
